I am remodeling my bathroom and noticed that the bath tub drain is not vented which is why the drain line fills up with soap every 6 months anyway I took out a 15 foot run of iron pipe and repalced with 6 feet plastic (rerouted to a closer main stack) Im hoping this will make a difference in the rat...
